Common questions
Useful answers before you request a quote.
Can air conditioning heat as well as cool?
Yes. Modern reverse-cycle air conditioning systems can provide heating as well as cooling, giving useful year-round temperature control.
What size air conditioner do I need?
Correct sizing depends on more than floor area. Room dimensions, glazing, insulation, occupancy, orientation and internal heat gains all matter. We size around the actual space rather than guessing from one measurement.
Can you install air conditioning in bedrooms?
Yes. Bedrooms are a popular application. Unit position and airflow direction are important, so we plan the layout with comfort and noise in mind.
Do you service existing air conditioning?
Yes. Owbury provides servicing, maintenance and fault finding for air conditioning systems across Medway and surrounding areas.
